
Richard M. Ratino, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., a native of Ohio, earned his undergraduate degree at John Carroll University. He graduated from Creighton University’s School of Medicine and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Luke’s Hospital. Dr. Ratino joined the practice in July of 1975. He is married to Regina and they have three sons and two daughters.

William N. Vereen, D.O., F.A.C.O.O.G., a native of Kansas, earned his undergraduate degree at Kansas State. He graduated from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Doctors Hospital of Stark County. Dr. Vereen joined the practice in July of 1990. He is married to Jane and they have two sons and a daughter.

Kevin W. Hamburger, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., a Nebraska native, earned his undergraduate degree at Drake University. He graduated from the University of Nebraska’s School of Medicine and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Dr. Hamburger joined the practice in August of 1993. He is married to Cyndi and they have three daughters.

Mary T. Schneider, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.,a South Dakota native, earned her undergraduate degree at the University of South Dakota. She graduated from the University of South Dakota’s School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Dr. Schneider joined the practice in August of 2001. She is married to Amir.

Kendra G. Jones, M.D., a native of Michigan, earned her undergraduate degree at Oakwood College, Huntsville, AL. She graduated from Mayo Medical School, Rochester, MN, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, CA. Dr. Jones joined the practice in September of 2008. She is married to Brighton.

Kathleen M. LaFavor, D.O., a native of Sioux City, earned her undergraduate degree at Briar Cliff College. She graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Creighton University Medical Center, Omaha, NE. Dr. LaFavor will join the practice in August of 2010. She is married to Jeff.

Carole J. Dwyer, BSN, ARNP, a South Dakota native, earned her BSN from Morningside College, Sioux City, IA. She received her Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, TX. Carole joined the practice in October of 1992. She is married to Red and they have two daughters and two sons.

Our qualified nursing staff assists the physicians and nurse practitioner by obtaining vitals, physical assessments, history, and assisting with office examinations and procedures. Your doctor's nurse will contact you with test results and recommended treatment or follow up. If you have any questions or concerns, our triage nurse is available to speak with you and forward those questions to the appropriate health care provider.
