Appointments: We encourage you to call the office if you have any questions, concerns, or need to get in touch with us for any reason. Because we want to give you the time you need, office hours are by appointment. If you find you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Medical Questions: A highly trained nurse is available to discuss your questions or concerns and coordinate appropriate care with your doctor or practitioner. You will be notified of any lab, mammogram, or pap test results by the nurse.
EMERGENCY: Call the office at 712-252-0501 during regular business hours. Nights and weekends call St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center at 712-279-3500 to have the on-call doctor paged. The doctors alternate day, night and weekend calls.
Directions: Siouxland Women’s Health Care is located north of downtown Sioux City on the corner of 10th and Jackson St.
From I-29 – Take Business District Exit 147B (Nebraska St.) to 10th St. Turn right, go one block to Jackson St. The clinic is on the corner.
From Hwy 20 – Follow Hwy 20/Gordon Dr., turn onto Nebraska St. to 10th St. Turn right, go one block to Jackson St. The clinic is on the corner.
From Hwy 75 – Take Business Hwy 75 to 11th St., turn west to Jackson St. Turn left, go one block to 10th St. & turn left. The clinic is on the corner.
